The house is in a residence called Val d’Azur. In the shared grounds there is free access to a large shared pool and 3 tennis courts. There is security 24/7.

About 500 metres from the house you will find a bakery, a food shop, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and a petrol station, among other things. The food shop has a wide selection of fresh produce and wine.

There are several golf clubs in the Valbonne area.

There are several ski resorts about a 90-minute drive away.
