For Property Owners

I help you look after your home in Antibes and nearby, including when you are away.

If you want to rent it out, I can handle the process from advertising and choosing guests to handing over keys, cleaning and check-out. I keep track of the details so both you and your guests know whom to contact.

For homes that stand empty for part of the year, I offer regular visits. I check things such as damp, ventilation, electricity, water and locks. If something needs attention, I can arrange minor maintenance and repairs with local tradespeople I know, with your agreement.

Tell me about your property and what you need. We can then see how I can help.
