Romantic Old-Town Apartment with a Roof Terrace

15 Rue du Général Vandenberg is a romantic, charming and typically French little two-storey apartment with a lovely roof terrace, in the middle of the old town of Antibes. Next to Place Nationale. 7 minutes’ walk to the beach.

You live like a French person among the locals, a true French experience. Step out of the front door and you are right in the lovely little streets, by the largest yacht harbour in the Mediterranean and the famous, picturesque market. The area is full of culture, festivals, shops and café life. Château Grimaldi houses the Picasso Museum and is just around the corner. Everything is within walking distance and you do not need a car. If you need to park, there is a car park in the neighbouring block. By train you can reach all the well-known places along the Côte d’Azur. The beach, the bus and the railway station are about 10 minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is fully furnished, with all appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, hairdryer, Norwegian duvets and sheets.

The kitchen is part of a small, charming living room with two windows looking down onto one of the cosy pedestrian streets.

From the kitchen you step straight out onto a charming, romantic French roof terrace with potted fruit trees and flowers. There is a round dining table with 5 chairs and a sun lounger.

The bathroom has a washbasin, a bathtub, tiles and a wardrobe.

The bedroom has a double bed.
The living room has a nice, light sofa bed that easily converts into a double bed.

Both floors have air conditioning.

NB! There is a small staircase between the floors that is quite steep, so the apartment is not recommended for elderly people with physical difficulties. The apartment is on the second floor. The stairs are wide and good, but please note that there is no lift.

There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of NOK 1,000 on top of the rent.
