House with Sea Views and a Pool

House with a 180-degree view of the Mediterranean, the old village of Saint-Jeannet and the famous Baou mountain. Go for beautiful mountain walks, then come home and relax by the private pool. The house was renovated inside in 2019 and outside in 2023. There are lovely outdoor areas with, among other things, several seating areas (two by the pool and one on the terrace). Barbecue and dining table. Double daybed with sun shade by the pool, plus 4 sun loungers. Boules court. Pergola by the pool. It is only a 5-minute walk to the village, which has 3 or 4 restaurants among other things.

The space

The house comprises a hallway, a guest toilet, and a living room with an open-plan kitchen and direct access to a large south-facing terrace. One bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a comfortable sofa bed for two in the living room. A single extra bed and a travel cot for a baby can be added if needed.
Well-equipped kitchen, and a barbecue on the terrace. The pool and the garden are not shared with anyone.

Guest access

The whole property is at the guests’ disposal, apart from a room/apartment beneath the terrace. It is not connected to the rental part and has its entrance outside the rest of the property. It is fully soundproofed and insulated from the rental part.
